The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 16.1.2001 passed by IVth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Mathura, in Sessions Trial No. 82 of 1995. 2. As per the Office report dated 18.04.2024, based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura, dated 01.04.2024, the sole appellant-Veeri Singh son of Sarnam died on 24.06.2010 in District - Palwal, Haryana. Statements of Sub Inspector, Nishant Payal, Kripal Singh, Village Pradhan, Samandra Singh, nephew of the deceased and Tekchand, neighbour, have been recorded in this regard. The death certificate issued by the Health Department, Government of Haryana, is also on record. 3. The appeal, accordingly, stands abated. 4.
