Present appeal has been filed by the appellant-Bhajan Lal against judgement and order dated 26.10.2005 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.2, Rampur in Sessions Trial No.480 of 1997 (State Versus Bhajan Laland others) arising out of Case Crime No.90 of 1996 under Sections 302/34, 323/34, 324/34 and 394 I.P.C., Police Station Afeem Nagar, District Rampur, whereby the appellant has been convicted under Sections 302, 394, 324 and 323 I.P.C. read with 34 I.P.C. and sentenced him under Section 302 I.P.C. to undergo imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.15,000/- and default of payment of fine two years additional rigorous imprisonment, under Section 394 I.P.C. to undergo imprisonment for seven year rigorous imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.2,000/- and default of payment of fine six months additional rigorous imprisonment, under Section
