Present criminal appeal arises from the judgement and order of conviction dated 26.06.2019 and sentence dated 27.06.2019, passed by Sri Nand Pratap Ojha, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.8, Aligarh in S.T. No.751 of 2016, (State versus Jugendra @ Juganu), arising out of Case Crime No.96 of 2016, under Section 302 IPC and S.T. No.752 of 2016, (State versus Jugendra @ Juganu), arising out of Case Crime No.97 of 2016, under Sections 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Pisawa, District Aligarh, whereby, the appellant has been convicted for the offence under Section 302 IPC and sentenced for life imprisonment with fine
