The present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 16.06.2007 passed by Special Judge, Additional Sessions Judge, Bulandshahr in Sessions Trial No. 307 of 1999 (State of U.P. vs. Ranveer and Another) convicting and sentencing the appellant under Section 302/34 I.P.C. for life imprisonment along with fine of Rs. 25000/- and in default of payment of fine he shall further undergo of one year. 2. Perused the office report dated 08.01.2025 based on the report dated 28.05.2024 submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr to the effect that the sole appellant Jagveer S/o Mahaveer Singh died on 30.04.2021. The statement of his son Yogendra Kumar and his nephew Akash Kumar S/o Chamanlal as well as death certificate has been annexed with the report of C.J.M. 3. Accordingly, appeal stands abated.
