The present appeal is filed against the judgement and order dated 05.09.2002 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No.-1, Aligarh in Session Trial No. 877 of 2001, under section 460 I.P.C., Police Station Pali Mukimpur, District Aligarh convicting the appellants under section 460 I.P.C. for life imprisonment and fine of Rs. 20000/- and in default of fine further conviction of one year. 2. There are two appellants, namely, Ram Phool S/o Reoti and Kunwar Sen S/o Bahori. 3. As per office report dated 09.08.2024 based on the report dated 26.07.2024 sent by the C.J.M. Aligarh both appellants have died. 4.
