Present appeal arises from the judgment and order dated 16.02.2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Lalitpur in Sessions Trial No.26 of 2017 (State Vs. Amit Kumar), arising out of Case Crime No.397 of 2016 under Section 302 IPC. The appellant has been convicted and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302 IPC and fine Rs. 10,000/- and in case of default of payment of fine to further undergo imprisonment of six months. 3.
