This appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 4.10.1985 passed by Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Moradabad, in Sessions Trial No. 450 of 1980, under Section 302/34 IPC, Police Station Mainather, District Moradabad. 2. There is a report dated 15.3.2024 sent by the office of the District Judge, Moradabad, after looking into the records, that reconstruction of the records was not possible. 2.
