The present appeal is filed against the judgement and order dated 21.01.1984 passed by learned Special Judge (Dacoity Affected Area) Jalaun at Orai in Sessions Trial No. 128 of 1982. 2. As per office report dated 18.03.2025 based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun at Orai, the sole surviving appellant no. 1 shiv Charan S/o Jiya Lal died on 30.01.2023. The statements of his son Ram Gopal, Village Pradhan Ramesh Kumar and Sub Inspector Rajendra Kumar have been recorded. The death certificate issued by Gram Pradhan is also on record. 3.
