Present appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 17.12.2003 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Muzaffarnagar in Sessions Trial No. 1062 of 2002 (State vs. Rakesh and others), under Sections 403, 323, 506 I.P.C. 3. Perused the office report dated 20.2.2025 and report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar dated 10.5.2024, according to which the sole appellant-Arvind died on 15.1.2014. Along with record of the CJM Muzaffarnagar statement of Ganga Ram s/o Gopal, real brother of the appellant-Arvind and death certificate issued by Govt. of U.P. have been annexed. 4. Accordingly, present appeal stands abated. However, record of the present appeal shall stand connected with the leading appeal.
