The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 30.07.1991 passed by Special Judge (E.C. Act), Kanpur Nagar, in Sessions Trial No.275 of 1988. 2. As per the Office report dated 19.3.2025, based on the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar, dated 04.03.2025, the sole appellant-Govind son of Mahavir Prasad died on 21.06.2010. Statements of Arvind Kumar, son of the deceased, Mrs. Gita Sahu, Village Pradhan, and Jagdish Prasad, Sub Inspector, have been recorded in this regard. The death certificate issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh, is also on record. 3. The appeal, accordingly, stands abated.
