Perused the office report dated 27.02.2025 based on the report of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura dated 15.02.2025 according to which sole appellant -Bhappoo son of Gokul Chand died on 08.06.2024. Alongwith report statements of his son Vijay Kumar, his nephew Guddu, Village Pradhan- Islam as well as Sub Inspector- Vipin Kumar are also on record. 4. Accordingly appeal stands abated.
