Perused the office report dated 25.3.2025 and report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pilibhit dated 4.3.2025, according to which the sole appellant-Krishna @ Krishna Kumar s/o Sukhlal died on 19.12.2024. Along with report of the CJM Pilibhit statements of Sri Varun Rana, Police Station Jahanabad, District Pilibhit, Sri Madan Singh, Village Pradhan of Village Panchayat Naugawanath, Sri Tikaram, real brother of the appellant-Krishna, Smt.
