Heard the submission of Sri Indrajeet Shukla, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel in support of the application seeking condonation for delay in filing an application for review of the judgment and order dated 10.7.2014 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Special Appeal No. 339 of 2004. The stamp reporting Section had reported review application to be beyond time by 3139 days as on 28.02.2025 and the review application has been filed five days thereafter on 05.03.2025, with the delay of 3144 day. 2. In the affidavit filed in support of the application for condonation of delay, it has been stated that the respondents had preferred Writ
