Though he submits that the Order dated 23.11.2023 in W.P.No.38019 of 2022 has not been complied with in its true letter & spirit and still some encroachments are existing on the road margin of the petitioner’s land, from a reading of the statement of the petitioner’s husband filed along with the instructions dated 12.02.2025 furnished by the 2 nd respondent, it would appear that all the encroachments have been completely removed.
