Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N. Appa Rao, learned counsel representing Sri T. Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that against the order dated 19.07.2005 passed by learned Single Judge, Corporation filed intra-court appeal vide W.A.No.2078 of 2005 and the petitioner filed SRS,J C.C.No.630 of 2015 W.A.No.2162 of 2005. By common judgment dated 07.08.2014, the appeal filed by the Corporation was partly allowed and the appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed.
