This contempt case is filed against the respondent for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.13991 of 2022, dated 06.05.2022, wherein this Court has passed the following order: “In the result, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioners, dated 20.12.2021, in accordance with law, within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.” 3. Sole respondent filed the counter affidavit, wherein, it is stated that, after disposal of the said writ petition, a discrete enquiry was conducted by the then Joint Coll
