Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in spite of the directions given by this Court in W.P.No.24561/2023, the authorities have issued a notice to the petitioner under Section 7 of the A.P.Land Encroachment Act, 1905. Questioning the same, the petitioner has filed a writ petition vide W.P.No.93723/2024, wherein this Court has granted interim order.
