This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in complying with the order dated 23.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21646 of 2015. 3. Operative portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: “Keeping in view the submissions made by both the parties, this court feels it appropriate to allow the writ petition by setting aside the endorsement given by the 3rd respondent and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to make F-Line application in this regard within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if such F-Li
