BH RAMA KRISHNA NAIK The Court made the following: 2 VS,J C.C.No.2950 of 2024 ORDER : This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in complying with the order dated 18.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31729 of 2023, whereby the said writ petition was disposed of directing the respondent Nos.9 to 15 therein to clear the admitted bills of the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the aforesaid order has already been complied with by the respondents and, hence, prays to close the present contempt case. 3. Recording
