According to the directions issued, respondent No.2 in the writ appeal was to take an appropriate decision with regard to the alleged unauthorized constructions raised by respondent No.4 in the writ appeal. Learned counsel for the respondents has brought to our notice that pursuant to the directions so issued, a notice had been issued to the said respondent No.4 – B.
