The above writ petition is filed complaining non-consideration of application No.TTA012100067901 dated 06.04.2021 and the same was disposed of directing the District Collector, Satyasai District, to dispose of the said application within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. Since the said order is not complied with, the above contempt case is filed. 3. Today, when the matter is listed, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that pending the contempt case, a speaking order was passed by the respondent vide R.Dis.No.Land-3/e-19778/2023 dated 15.02.2025 and the same was communicated to the petitioner on 16.02.2025.
