V V SATISH The Court made the following: ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 26.06.2023 passed in W.P.No.9935 of 2023. 2. Ms.Adarshita, learned counsel for respondent No.3 submitted that as directed by this Court respondent No.3 authority has passed orders and communicated the same to the petitioner by following law. In view of the 2 same, there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondents and prayed to close the contempt. 3. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to question the order dated 29.04.2024 passed by respondent No.3. 4.
