Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for respondent filed the written instructions of the District Educational Officer, Nandyal vide Rc.No.3319/3284/A3/B5/2012, dated 04.03.2025. A perusal of the instructions would indicate that the petitioner was absorbed into Grant-in-aid post and later, the petitioner retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 30.06.2019. Since the petitioner was absorbed and later retired from service, the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 25.09.2013 in W.P.No.6549 of 2012 is not complied with, is misconceived.
