GP FOR CIVIL SUPPLIES (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER The above contempt case is filed complaining of violation of order dated 10.09.2014 passed in W.P.No.26655 of 2014 2. The petitioner, Fair Price Shop Dealer, filed the above writ petition complaining non-supply of the essential commodities as well as Kerosene Oil to his Fair Price shop. The said writ petition was disposed of directing respondents 4 and 5 therein i.e. the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gurajala, Guntur District and the Tahsildar, Piduguralla Mandal, Guntur District, to supply stocks to the petitioner’s fair price shop as long as the petitioner’s authorization is valid and subsisting. 3. In para No.4 of the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was averred that the respondent failed to comply with the
