The present Regular Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 CPC seeking the setting aside of the impugned judgment/order dated 10.05.2019, passed by the learned ADJ, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in RCA No. 32/2017, whereby the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 24.01.2017, passed by the learned SCJ-Cum-RC (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Suit No. 25/03, was dismissed.
