This writ petition seeks issuance of certiorari, quashing and setting aside the order dated 5 August 2024. 2. The order dated 5 August 2024 merely constitutes a Board of Inquiry, and calls upon the officer to participate in the Board of Inquiry to be present. The Board of Inquiry has been apparently constituted in order to examine certain allegations against the petitioner. 3. In our view, this writ petition is pre-mature as there cannot be 4.
