The subject matter suit was instituted by the appellant/plaintiff for the specific performance of a contract to be performed by the defendants in respect of the plaint schedule property, but it was dismissed. 3. On 31.01.2024, there was no representation on either side. 4. Today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the appellant. Even, at the revised call also, none appeared on the appellant’s side. 5. Ms.G.Priyanka, learned counsel representing Sri V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the respondents is present.
