As per the postal endorsement it is mentioned as “insufficient address”. He prays for time to take fresh steps. 2. Issue fresh notice to respondent Nos.7 & 8 to correct address. 3. In addition to the normal mode of service, the appellant is permitted to take out personal notice to respondent Nos.7 & 8 to correct address by registered post and acknowledgment due and file proof of service in the Registry before the next date of listing. 4. Learned counsel for the appellant shall furnish the correct and clear address in the Registry as well. 5. Post after four (04) weeks” 2.
