As the matter pertains to the year 2016, it is listed in the “Weekly Cause-list”. 3. On 27.01.2016, in A.S.M.P.No.81 of 2016, this Court passed the following order: “Subject to depositing 50% of the decretal amount, together with costs, within a period of two months from today, stay of execution. Upon such deposit being made, the plaintiff - decree holder is entitled to withdraw the same without furnishing any security.” 4. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on either side. Even, at the revised call also, none appeared. 5. In view of the above, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default.
