On 27.08.2024, the following order was passed : “The learned counsel for the appellants is not available. List the appeal on 24.09.2024 under the caption “Final Hearing”. 3. No representation for the appellants. 4. The interim order granted by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 on 15.02.2018 stands vacated. 5. In view of the above, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
