District Judge, Ongole against the respondents/plaintiffs. The original suit is filed seeking specific performance of the Agreement of Sale dated 26.07.2010 and delivery of possession and also for an alternative relief for refund of advance of sale consideration with interest. 2. The learned V Addl. District Judge, Ongole partly decreed the suit, whereunder, the learned Judge directed the appellants/defendants to pay an amount of Rs.18,36,800/- with interest to the respondents/plaintiffs and also suits costs of Rs.2,09,618/-. 3. This Court has not granted any interim order. 4. The matter pertains to the year 2016 and is listed in the “Weekly Cause-list”. 5. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation.
