The petitioner is facing proceedings under Sections 40 and 46 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968, alleging commission, by him, of offences under Section 376 of the erstwhile Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. During the course of the proceedings, the petitioner submitted an application to the Commandant 114 Battalion, BSF, Bagafa, South Tripura, who has passed an order for ROE1. 3. The application sought call detail records of the complainant, on 1 Record of Evidence.
