The present suit has been filed seeking relief of permanent injunction restraining the defendants from infringement of copyright and passing off of their services as those of the plaintiffs along with other ancillary reliefs. PROCEEDINGS IN THE SUIT 2. Summons in the suit and notice in the application for interim injunction were issued to the defendants no.1 to 15 on 25th November 2022. On the same date, an ex-parte ad interim injunction in favour of the plaintiffs and against the defendant no.1 was granted and directions were given to the defendants no.2, 3, 13 and 14. 3.
