It is submitted that the petitioner was falsely implicated in FIR No. 136 of 2017, dated 02.03.2017, registered at Police Station – Central Faridabad, for alleged offences under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and Sections 103 and 104 of the Trade Mark Act, 1999. 5.
