This appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the Order dated 21.03.2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini Court, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, learned ‘Family Court’) in GP/61/2024, directing that the custody of the minor child, who is around four years old, be handed over to the respondent herein.
