From paragraph 7 of the writ petition, it is evident that the dispute involved in the present writ petition is essentially of a civil nature between the private parties. 3. For removal of the encroachment by a private party upon the immovable property belonging to the petitioner, the remedy would lie elsewhere. 4. Once there is a civil dispute between two private parties, there is no scope for entertaining a writ petition Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5.
