The notice issued in furtherance of impugned order dated 21.03.2025 has already culminated into an ex-parte order passed against the petitioner. The petitioner has availed of the remedy of appeal arising out of the order passed by the competent authority, which is pending under Section 56(1-A) of Indian Stamp Act, 1899. An interlocutory order was also passed on the pending appeal on 29.03.2025, whereby the petitioner was granted 30 days' time to make necessary deposit of one third of the disputed amount for maintainability of the appeal, which the petitioner has not carried out. 3.
