By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has sought execution of an interim order dated 27.05.2025 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sarojni Nagar, district-Lucknow in Case No.T202410460533106. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an application for execution of the order under para 460 of U.P. Revenue Court Manual. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to file a suitable application for execution of the interim order dated 27.05.2025. .
