Revenue Code,2006 pending before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Amethi have been finalised by order dated 06.03.2024. The present writ petition seeks execution of the said order. It is well settled that the orders passed by the revenue court are executable before the revenue court itself. In case any such application seeking execution of the order dated 06.03.2024 is made before the competent revenue court, the same is expected to be processed and decided expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of its filing.
