The grievance raised in the writ petition is essentially in the nature of a civil dispute between the petitioner and opposite party nos. 5 and 6 who are private parties. 3. For such a grievance, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of suit before the competent civil court. 4. In case any such proceedings are initiated, the same are expected to be decided expeditiously in accordance with law inclusive of the interim prayer, if any. 5.
