Without commenting anything on the merit of the case, the District Magistrate, Raebareli is hereby directed to consider and pass a reasoned order on the pending representation within four weeks on production of a copy of this order. 4. In case it is relevant for the District Magistrate, Raebareli to call for the viscera report before disposal of the pending representation, it is expected of him to call for the viscera report and decide the pending representation accordingly in accordance with law. 5.
