The present writ petion essentially seeks implementation of an executive order passed by the Sub-divisional Magistrate. It is difficult to comment as to whether any rights can be asserted on the basis of such an administrative order or not. 3. Be that as it may, the petitioners have an alternative remedy before the competent revenue court 4. In case any such proceedings are initiated before the competent revenue court, the same shall be dealt with expeditiously in accordance with law. 5. The writ petion is accordingly disposed of. .
