The prayer made in the writ petion shows that the dispute between the parties is essentially in the nature of a civil dispute. Even the relief clause itself indicates that the same has been sought against the private parties. Moreover, the civil suit is already pending before the competent civil court. 3. The petitioner is at liberty to make an appropriate application in the civil proceeding and it is expected that the competent court shall pass necessary order expeditiously in accordance with law. 4.
