Real Estate Regulatory Authority has stated at the bar that the recovery certificate impugned herein this writ petition has already been withdrawn by the RERA on 06.06.2025. Therefore, the writ petition questioning the legality of such a recovery certificvate has lost its efficacy. A copy of order dated 06.06.2025 has been placed before us and the same is taken on record. 2. Keeping in view the withdrawal of recovery certificate by the RERA-opposite party no.1 the writ petition has lost its efficacy. It is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
