Petitioners seek quashing of inquiry being conducted by PS Mayur Vihar on complaint dated 20.04.2025 filed by respondent no.2. It is contended by learned senior counsel for petitioners that the complaint under reference has been filed only to arm twist the petitioners, who have initiated arbitration proceedings. 2. Learned ASC on instructions submits that in case the inquiry leads to a view that FIR has to be registered, the petitioners would be given notice of one week before registering the FIR, so that petitioners may take appropriate recourse to law. 5.
