The Appellant has filed the present Appeal under Section 104 read with Order XLIII Rule 1(R) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (“CPC”), being aggrieved by the order dated 03.06.2025 (“Impugned Order”), passed by the learned District Judge-06 (South), Saket Courts, South Delhi (“Trial Court”) in CS DJ 353/2025 (“Suit”). 2.
