The present petition is filed seeking leave to appeal against judgment dated 21.09.2017 (hereafter ‘impugned judgment’), passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (‘ASJ’), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in Criminal Appeal No. 54613/2016, whereby Respondent No.2 was acquitted for the offence under Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’). 2.
