The present petition is filed challenging the judgment dated 28.09.2019 (hereafter ‘impugned judgment’), passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in the case arising out of FIR No. 42/2012, registered at Police Station M.S.
