Heard the learned counsel for the appellant, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and perused the record. 2. This intra court appeal under Chapter VIII, Rule 5 of the Rules of the Court has been filed challenging the judgment and order dated 05.05.2025, passed by Hon'ble Single Judge in Writ-A No.4913 of 2025. 3. The writ petition filed before the writ court has been disposed of on the ground of alternative remedy. 4. The only apprehension of the appellant is to the effect that the proceedings before the Tribunal to which the writ court has been pleased to relegate are likely to take more time and therefore the appellant on that account is bound to suffer. 5.
