The present petition has been preferred by Ms. Shakila1 (since deceased), seeking, inter alia, a judicial inquiry into the death of her deceased son, Javed @Bhura2, who was in judicial custody at that 1 Mother 2 Deceased 2. The facts germane, leading to the institution of the present petition, are as follows: (i) The Petitioner's son, Javed @ Bhura, was convicted in the case arising out of FIR No. 12/2007 registered at P.S.
