The prayers, as sought in the writ petition, are extracted herein below for the sake of convenience: - “i. The facts germane, leading to the institution of the present petition, are as follows: (i) The Petitioner's son, Javed @ Bhura, was convicted in the case arising out of FIR No. 12/2007 registered at P.S.
